One way to do this is to pick a point in the each shaded region  and see if that point satisifies all three inequalities

 

So....in the top left graph, let's just choose a point, say (1,0)  = (x, y)

 

So

 

0 - 1 ≤ 4(1)     is true

1 + 0  > - 4      is true

0 ≤ (1/3) (1)    is true

 

So....as Penquino found.....the top left graph is correct  !!!!
