Answer :- -3( 3x+6) < = -9

- 9x - 18 < = -9

- 9x ≤ 18 - 9

- 9x ≤ 9

- x ≤ 9/9

- x ≤ 1

x ≤ - 1

Solution can't be right! Inequalities switch when multiplied by -1
IE: -(-7)>6
-7<-6

the correct answer is
-1 ≤ x
