Two real roots means the discriminant   ( b^2 - 4ac)   of the Quadratic Formula   \(x = {-b \pm \sqrt{b^2-4ac} \over 2a}\)   is greater than zero

      (NOTE : if it is EQUAL to zero...there will be two roots...but they will be identical)

a = 8    b = 158     c = c

158^2 - 4 ( 8)(c) > 0

24864 > 32c

780.125 > c

or c  < 780          In your question : Is that REALLY supposed to be 158 x ?
