Good Morning ! Well simply you don't need a calculator to write it. If you're simply writing it then write the 3+4/2 and if not here is an easier way. Add 3+4 which is what...? Then divide it by 2 and it'll give you an answer

Professor Lopez is correct of course but sometimes the numbers arn't that easy.

That is what brackets are for.
(3+4)/2

You can use brackets on your calculator
You should also use brackets when you post things on the forum because sometimes we don't understand what people are asking just because they haven't used brackets!
