simplify (2u^-5v^-1)^-3

So we have

(2^(-3)) * (u^15) * (v^3) =

1/(2^3) * (u^15) * (v^3) =

1/8 * (u^15) * (v^3) =

(u^15) * (v^3) / 8

And there you go......
