$$x = {-b \pm \sqrt{b^2-4ac} \over 2a}$$

b^2 - 4ac  >=0

15^2 - 4(2)(b) >= 0

225 >= 8b

28.125 >= b                 sum = 28 + 27 + 26.......1 = 406    for positive integers
