\(x=-2b\pm \sqrt{4b^2-10}\\ 4b^2\ge10\\ b\ge\sqrt{\frac{5}{2}}\)

\(b\ge 1.5811\)

 

\(b\in \mathbb {R}\ |b\ge 1.5811\)    \([\sqrt{\frac{5}{2}}]\)
