Here let me help

First, let's cancel these out

3x + 2/x - 4 = 2(x + 9) - 2x + 7x + 3x + 2/x

      -2/x                                               -2/x

Now we have

3x - 4 = 2(x + 9) - 2x + 7x + 3x

But wait there's still one more thing that will cancel out.

3x - 4 = 2(x + 9) - 2x + 7x + 3x

-3x                                      -3x

After this we have

-4=2(x+9)-2x+7x

Now we multiply the numbers

Hope this helps!

-4=2x+18-2x+7x

Next, the -2x and the 2x cancel out leaving us with

-4=18+7x

Then we will subtract the 18 from both sides leaving us with

-22=7x

Finally, we divide by 7 getting us an answer of

-22/7=x
