You can use the formula C=5/9(F - 32) to convert temperature in degrees Fahreheit, F, to temperature in degrees Celsius, C. What is 62°F in degrees Celsius? Round your answer to the nearest tenth.

C=5/9(F - 32)   and substituting 62 for "F" we have

C = 5/9(62 - 32)

C = 5/9(30)

C= 150/9

C = about 16.7° C

Starting with the formula:  C = (5/9)(F - 32), replace F with 62:   C = (5/9)(62 - 32)

Can you finish this? If not, post back.
