Two persons A and B have a total sum of $320 dollars.  First,  A  gives  20%  of what he has to B.  Then  B  gives  20%  of what he now has back to  A .  If the ratio of the final amount of person  B to the final amount of person  A  is 1.5, what was the initial amount that person  A  had ?

Person A = M dollars
Person B =320 - M dollars

person A =0.8M
Person B =0.2M + 320 - M =320 - 0.8M

person B =0.8 * [320 - 0.8M] =256 - 0.64M
Person A =0.8M + 64 - 0.16M=0.64M + 64

[256 - 0.64M] / [0.64M + 64] =1.5, solve for M
M = $100 - initial amount of person A
