Let f(x) = 1/(x + 2) for x > -2, and f(x) = 1/(x + 2) for x < -2. (f(x) is not defined at x = -2 .) Which integer is not in the range of f(x)?

We have a  low over high situation  in terms of  polynomials.....when this happens  there is a horizontal asymptote at y  = 0

So.....0  is not in the  range  of the  function
