So I'll assume you're looking for the probability of getting tails for the coin, and a six from the die. Assuming it's a six-sided die, you have a 1 in 6 chance of getting a six, and as for the coin, you have a 1 in 2 chance of flipping tails.

Multiply.

1/(6*2)=1/12, so you have a 1 in 12 chance of getting both of these results on your first try.
