xy = 2/5

y = (2/5)x^(-1)

 

6x +  3  / (5 * (2/5) x^(-1))  =  

 

6x +  (3/2)x  

 

(15/2) x

 

There is no minimum......this is a line through the origin with a slope of  15 / 2
