It is a bit hard to read. but
say there are 18 zeros BETWEEN the decimal point and the 1 then
You would need to move the point 19 places to get it behind the 1.
Hopefully you know that this is a very tiny number.
Tiny numbers have negative powers of ten so your answer is
1. x 10 -19
=10 -19
