An aquarium has a volume of 650 cubic inches. What is the volume of a similar aquarium scale factor of three?

A scale factor of 3 means that every dimension increases by 3 times

So  

If the original volume was 650......then the volume would increase by 27 times since each dimension....L, W and H..... would be three times as great

So

650 x 27 = 17500 cubic inches
