Yep...your setup and answer are correct....I think you're getting the hang of these trig problems!!!

Someone please correct me if I am wrong but I belive the equation should be set up like this - tan(33)=7000/x

0.649407593198=7000/x

x=10779.0547466939433696

and then simplify it too x = 10,779feet :)

Hey....Rose98....give us the whole question....I don't see what is being asked for....

I just went off of the diagram.  We have one angle and the opposite side, and we are trying to find x (the adjacent side) I belive. :)
