cos (x/2)  =  -√ [ (1 + cosx) / 2 ]

 

cos (x/2)  = -√ [ (1 -1/5) / 2 ]   =  -√ [ 4/10]  =  -2 / √10  =    -2√10/10  =   -√10 / 5
