44 + (9x + 18) + (5x + 20) = 180 simplify
44 + 18 + 20 + 9x + 5x = 180
82 + 14x = 180
14x = 180 - 82
14x = 98
x = 98 / 14 = 7
The smallest angle is the 44° angle
