Once again I ask of you fine people to help me out on what kind of problem this is and what I use to solve it.

Firstly there is no N on your diagram but id doesnt matter.  I think i get the drift.

<ABC=130 therrefore <FCD=130  corresponding angles on parallel lines.

<FCD=<FCE+<ECD    adjacent angles

<FCE=90 therefore <ECD=40

<FEC=<ECD  Alternate angles on parallel lines

therefore

<FEC=40 degrees
