16x 2 + 72x + 81 = 144x
16x 2 - 72x + 81 = 0
Now it's a quadratic equation, and you can solve it with the simplified formula.

x1=(b²-b*sqrt(Δ))/2(a)²-c/a
x2=(b²+b*sqrt(Δ))/2(a)²-c/a
