The probability is 0.30 that a person returning from a trip to Europe will fail to declare at Customs any purchases on which there is duty. What is the probability that two of the next six people will fail to declare any purchases on which there is duty?

If you mean exactly two people, then two have probability 0.3 and 4 have probabilty 0.7, and since there are nCr(6,2) = 15 ways of choosing 2 out of 6 the overall probability is 15*0.3^2*0.7^4 = 0.324
