Find the base 4 antilogarithm of -3.
This is a fancy way of saying that we want to exponetiate the base 4, to the power of -3.....the result will be the "anti-log" [this is always a confusing term, IMHO ] .......so........
4-3 = 1/43 = 1/64 = 0.015625
