if 1 is to 2/3 then is 2/3 to 1/3?
The ratio 1 : 2/3 = (1) / (2/3) = 1 x (3/2) = 3/2
The ratio (2/3) : (1/3) = (2/3) / (3/2) = (2/3) x (3/2) = 1
These ratios are NOT equal.
