Let x = 6th term        4th term is x-2d         8th is x+2d        10th is  x + 4d

    8th + 4th = 24

  x-2d   +   x +2d  = 24

         2x = 24

           x = 12

6th + 10th = 44

x + x + 4d = 44

2x+4d = 44

x + 2d = 22     12 + 2d = 22    so d = 5        6th term = 12    d = 5       can you take it from here?
