Which of the following describe the end behavior? Check all that apply.

f(x)=-x^9+bx^4+c

A. As x approaches infinity, f(x) approaches infinity

B. As x approaches infinity, f(x) approaches negative infinity

C. As x approaches negative infinity, f(x) approaches infinity

D. As x approaches negative infinity, f(x) approaches negative infinity.

During which intervals is the function below ONLY increasing? Check all that apply.

(-Inf,-5)

(-5,-2)

(-5,inf)

(-inf,-2)

(-4,inf)

(-2,inf)

Please help. I need this done as soon as possible. Thank you so much!

For the first one, the lead term determines the end behavior

-x^9    gets more positive as x approaches - inf   and more negative as x approaches infinity

B. As x approaches infinity, f(x) approaches negative infinity

C. As x approaches negative infinity, f(x) approaches infinity

For the second.....no function is shown...

Thank you so much for your help. I don’t know how my teacher wants me to solve the second question because she did not give an equation. I just need to guess on that one. Thank you again!
