Burt Rumsey had a checkbook balance of $615.11 on September 1. His bank statement balance was 516.20. Outstanding checks were 102.14 and 34.97. AN EFT of 68.02 for an insurance payment was deducted from the bank statement. There was an outstanding deposit of $168. What is the reconciled balance?

His cheque account will be 615.11 minus the two cheques that are outstanding
His bank account will be 615.11 minus the electronic financial transfer payment plus the outstanding deposit.
once you have the 2 separate amounts I guess you can add them together to get a total.
