why is this answer 17? I get 81. What am I doing wrong?

16/2*[8-3*(4-2)]+1
16/2x(8-3x(2))+1
16/2x(8-6)+1
16/2x2+1
8x2+1
16+1
=17

Have to do the brackets inside the brackets first -- (4-2)
Then continue with the brackets -- (3x2)
Brackets again -- (8-6)
then division and multiplication left to right -- (16/2), (8x2)
add your +1
