Find the coefficient of u^2 in expansion of (2u - 1)^5 using binomial theorem.

The exponents for u2 is:

(5C3)(2u)2(-1)(5 - 2)

= 10(2u)2(-1)3

= 40u2(-1)

= -40u2, which means -40 is your coefficient and your answer :)
