The expansion of  (2x + 6)6  is:

 

6C0(2x)6(6)0  +  6C1(2x)5(6)1  +  6C2(2x)4(6)2  +  6C3(2x)3(6)3  +  6C4(2x)2(6)4  + 6C5(2x)1(6)5  + 6C6(2x)0(6)6

The one term that you are interested in is  6C2(2x)4(6)2  whose coefficient is  6C· 24 · 62
