The  expansion is

 

x^12 + 12 x^11 + 63 x^10 + 190 x^9 + (1455 x^8)/4 + 462 x^7 + (793 x^6)/2 + 231 x^5 + (1455 x^4)/16 + (95 x^3)/4 + (63 x^2)/16 + (3 x)/8 + 1/64

 

Coefficient on the x^4 term  =  (1455 /16)
