First one to awnser correctly is a math pro 

3.2<7x        divide both sides by 7

3.2/7 < x    or, put another way, x > 3.2/7  →  x > 32/70  → x > 16/35

3.2>±(3x+2)  we have two equations here

3.2> 3x + 2                               and         3.2 > -(3x + 2)  →  3.2 > -3x - 2

subtract 2 from each side                                                  add 2 to both sides

1.2 > 3x                                                                             5.2 > -3x

divide both sides by 3                                                    divide both sides by -3

                                                                                       reverse the inequality sign

1.2 / 3 > x                                                                     -5.2 / 3 < x

12/30 > x                                                                       -52/30 < x

2/5 > x                                                                            -26/16 < x

So....the solution to the second one is :

-26/16 < x <  2/5   

If that is true, wouldn't it be:

16/35 < x < 2/5

or

16/35 < x
