Ok I will arbitrate!

C(51,16)/C(54,16)

\(=\frac{51!}{16!\;35!}\div\frac{54!}{16!\;38!}\\ =\frac{51!}{16!\;35!}\times\frac{16!\;38!}{54!}\\ =\frac{36*37*38}{52*53*54}\\ =\frac{2*37*19}{26*53*3}\\ =\frac{37*19}{13*53*3}\\ =\frac{703}{2067}\\ \approx 0.3401\)

OK. Please tell me who is the referee or the authority that is telling you it's wrong. Is it your teacher? Is it the answer in a Math book? I'm very curious to know!!!!. You do understand what these two expressions stand for, right?. The calculation is so primitive that a 10-year old gifted child could easily do it. I'm totally baffled.
