C1V1=C2V2
1,000,000ng/ml initial concentration
using 100ul of it into 25ml of solvent? Is concentration at 4000ng/ml now?

1ng = 1nanogram = 10 -9 g

1uL = 1microlitre = 10 -6 L

1mL = 1000uL

I decided to change everything to ng and uL
so we have.
1,000,000ng / 1000uL X 100uL => 1,000,000 / 10 ng => 100,000ng

so there are 100,000ng of concentrate in the 100uL of solution that is added to the 25mL of solvent.

But when all the fluid is added together there is 100uL + 25,000uL = 25,100uL of solution

So the concentration will be 100,000ng / 25,100uL => 100,000ng / 25.1ml => 3984 ng/mL

It would be 4000 if you ignored the 100uL that was added to the 25mL of solvent.
