I get f(x) = -2x+5. Is that correct?
We have the points (2,1) and (3, -1) on the graph
The slope is [ - 1 - 1 ] / [ 3 - 2 ] = -2/1 = - 2
Using either point to write the equation of a line, we have
f(x) = -2 (x - 2) + 1
f(x) = -2x + 4 + 1
f(x) = -2x + 5 .....correct Julius !!!!
