We first need to convert  39°14'55"  to decimal degrees.....this can be done as follows :

 

39 + 14/60  + 55/3600   ≈  39.24861°

 

a.  radian value  =   39.24861 * pi / 180   ≈ .685 rads

 

b. arc length   =  radius * [radian measure of the central angle ]  =

 

375 * [ .685 ]  = 256.875 ft  = 256 + 7/8  ft
