Hello, this is Ayla and these days I am concerened about my fitness goals. I want to burn 300 calories per day. I could find one web that dispalys a formula to calculate calories burned per stroke and time required to burn calories per minute.
I weihg 70kg/ 154Lbs and have a height of 5 10". I want to know how many strokes or how long would it take me to burn 300 calories in one rowing session.
A fitness website has mentioned this formula > Calories burned (per minute) = (body weight in kg x MET x 3.5) / 200. Thank you in advance for your help guys.
