First multiply both sides by x^2
then divide both sides by 2
you will now have
0=x^3 - 216
the cube root of 216 is 6
0=x^3 - 6^3
This is a factorization that you are probably supposed to know
0= (x+6)(x^2-6x+36)
Can you finish it?
