A lab technician mixed a 510 ml solution of water and alchohol. If 3% of the solution is alcohol , how many milliliters of alcohol were used, and how any milliliters of water were used?

Please and thank you.

3/100*510 ml is alcohol

$${\mathtt{0.03}}{\mathtt{\,\times\,}}{\mathtt{510}} = {\frac{{\mathtt{153}}}{{\mathtt{10}}}} = {\mathtt{15.3}}$$   ml is alcohol

510-15.3 = 494.7ml is water
