Looking ofr equation of a line of the form    y = mx+b   where m = slope and b=y axis intercept

y = 2/5 x + b          Now substitue in the point given (-10,3) to find 'b'

3 = 2/5 (-10) + b

3 = -4 + b

 b = 7

Equation becomes:  y = 2/5  x + 7
