Can sombody please help with this question.

Using the following inequality:

3x + 2y <10

A) get the inequality into y = form and state the new equation

B) Name 1 point (x,y) that WOULD be in the solution set (it would make the inequality TRUE if you plugged it in)

3x +  2y   < 10

A)   2y  <  10 - 3x        divide  both  sides  by 2

          y <   (10  - 3x ) / 2

B)      Let  ( x , y)  =   ( 2 , 0)   and note  that

0   <   ( 10 - 3*2)  / 2

0  <  ( 10 - 6)   /  2

0 < ( 4)  /2

0  <  2       which is true
