Can someone check my answer Please?

Complete the standard form of the equation –3y = 8 – 4x.

 

I think it is   4x + 3y = 8. ALMOST!!!

 

When you moved -4x to the left hand side you changed the - sign to +, which is right. But, why did you change -3y to +3y, when you didn't move it? So, the whole thing should look like this:

4x - 3y =8, or 4x - 3y - 8=0

Standard form is the first answer.

I think the =0 one is general form :)
