I think it is   4x + 3y = 8. ALMOST!!!

 

When you moved -4x to the left hand side you changed the - sign to +, which is right. But, why did you change -3y to +3y, when you didn't move it? So, the whole thing should look like this:

4x - 3y =8, or 4x - 3y - 8=0
