Julio....I'm assuming that you want to factor this:

16ax + 4x^2 +16a^2    ...if so....pull out the greatest common factor, first  =  4

4 [ 4ax + x^2 + 4a^2]     rearrange the inside terms

4 [ x^2 + 4ax + 4a^2]   factor the inside expression

4 [ x  + 2a] [x + 2a]   =

4 [ x + 2a] ^2

And that's it......!!!
