I will try to give all true statements...... LOL just a try......

1) 2426.06/150.5 = 16.12 <--- The fan have rotated for 16.12 minutes.

 

2) 150.5/60 = 2 61/120 <----- The fan can rotate 2 61/120 times for 1 second.
