I need help solving this problem for a math essay.

I need to take the equation 3x²+2x+3y²-7y-10=0 (standard form)
and turn it into center radius form to find the radius and Center points.

I cant seem to figure out the problem and get the right answers.

Since this is a circle and the x² and y² terms have the same coefficient, we can actually divide through by 3 to make the coefficients 1.

3x² + 2x + 3y² - 7y - 10 = 0
x² + 2/3 x + y² - 7/3 y = 10
x² + 2/3 + 1/9 + y² - 7/3 y + 49/36 = 10 + 1/9 + 49/36
(x + 1/3)² + (y - 7/6)² = 413/36

The center is (-1/3, 7/6) and the radius is sqrt(413) / 6.
