Two dice are rolled. Given that two faces show different values, what proportion of all such rolls will one of the faces be a 3?

We have 36 - 6 =  30 possible rolls where the faces show different values

There are 5 possible outcomes for each die that  shows a 3 = 10 outcomes

So.....  10 : 30  =  1 : 3
