For the first question, I think it might be A or D but I'm not sure. The second one I think is A but I'm probably wrong because I'm not very good with the rate of change. The last one, I have no idea what the answer could be. Maybe D? Help me please because I really need to understand these. Sorry. Thank you. Also, the pictures won't stay small so sorry for them being big. Tried changing them three times.

First one.....the avg rate of change is just the slope of the line

We have the points  (-5, -4)  and (3,8)  on the graph

The slope  is

[ 8 - - 4 ] / [ 3 - - 5]  =

[ 12 ]/ [8]   =

12/8  =

3/2  =

1.5

Second one

We have the points  ( 9, 75) and (13, 95)

"D"  is correct

Last one

Let     w  be the graph

y  =   l (2/3) x  l

Then  3w  =

y  =  3 l (2/3) x l   =   l 3 *(2/3) x l   =  l 2x l   =  2  l x  l

So  "B"  is correct
