Not sure what you are trying to ask here:

If you are saying that you have 3.89 x 10^24 of Argon atoms then we know that one mole (irrespective of the element or compound) = 6.022 x 10^23. Therefore it is a simple division. Otherwise, it is difficult to know what the question is asking
