Can someone please help me with this question? It would mean a lot to me!

Thank you so much!

If (x,y) is the center of the circle and r is the radius, then

(x + 2)^2 + y^2 = r^2

(x - 2)^2 + y^2 = r^2

(x - 3)^2 + (y - 2)^2 = r^2

Subract equations:

8x + 2y - 9 = 0

x + 6y -  9 = 0

Solve: (x,y) = (18/23, 63/46)
