....at x = -2, what is the distance to the line?  This will give the radius    and you can find the center too!

y = 6x+2

y = 6(-2)+2 = -10       so the center is     -2, -10    and the radius will be 10

(x+2)^2 + (y+10)^2 = 10^2

Here is a graph:
