lol its a test question i remember seeing it. part b is if "Members can hold any number of offices?"
a ) 10 * 9 * 8 = 720
I agree, a) is 720, 10*9*8, but for b the question for b is "Members can hold any number of offices, and I think its 1000 because 10 * 10 *10
